About the Role:

KDI Power is seeking a dynamic, result-oriented Marketing Executive / Assistant Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving brand awareness, expanding our dealer/distributor network, and executing offline and online marketing campaigns to position KDI Power as the preferred choice for wires and cables in residential, commercial, and industrial markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Channel & Dealer Marketing: Develop and maintain strong marketing relationships with distributors, dealers, electrical contractors, and builders.

  • Lead Generation: Execute promotional strategies to generate quality leads for our sales team across various product categories (Power, Solar, House, and Control Cables).

  • Brand Management: Manage production and distribution of point-of-sale (POS) materials, catalogs, brochures, and promotional merchandise.

  • Market Research & Intelligence: Analyze competitor products, pricing structures, and industry trends to identify new growth opportunities.

  • Event & Exhibition Management: Coordinate and participate in trade shows, local dealer meets, and industry exhibitions to showcase KDI Power’s range of products.

  • Coordination: Work closely with the Sales and Product teams to align marketing campaigns with business objectives.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

  • 2+ years of experience in offline marketing or channel partner management, ideally within the electrical, wires/cables, construction materials, or manufacturing sector.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Willingness to travel locally for market visits and dealer engagement sessions.

  • Highly organized, proactive, and self-motivated.
